This Refund Policy explains when and how FITLD issues refunds for paid subscriptions and add-ons. We aim to be fair and transparent. If you have questions about a charge or would like to request a refund, our billing team is here to help.

Overview

This Refund Policy applies to all paid plans and add-ons purchased directly through FITLD. By subscribing to a paid plan, you agree to the terms described below. This policy does not affect any statutory rights you may have under applicable consumer protection law.

Subscription plans

FITLD offers monthly and annual subscription plans for brand partners. Subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring basis. You can view your current plan and billing cycle at any time from your dashboard.

Free trial

Where a free trial is offered, no charge is applied during the trial period. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, your selected plan will automatically begin and your payment method will be charged. Trial periods are non-extendable and available once per account.

Monthly plans — refund eligibility

Monthly subscriptions may be eligible for a full refund if requested within 7 days of the initial charge, provided you have not exceeded 500 API calls or integrated the widget on a live site during that period. Refunds are not available for subsequent renewal charges.

  • Request submitted within 7 days of the initial charge.
  • Fewer than 500 API calls made during the period.
  • Widget not deployed to a live production site.
  • Account not previously refunded under this policy.

Annual plans — refund eligibility

Annual subscriptions may be eligible for a prorated refund for unused full months, calculated from the date your written cancellation request is received. The refund is computed as: (months remaining ÷ 12) × annual fee paid, minus any promotional discount applied at purchase.

Refund = (Unused full months ÷ 12) × Annual fee paid. Partial months are not refunded. Promotional or discounted pricing is excluded from the refund base.

Non-refundable items

The following are not eligible for refunds under any circumstance:

  • One-time setup or onboarding fees.
  • Usage-based charges (API calls exceeding plan limits).
  • Add-ons consumed in full during the billing period.
  • Payments made through third-party resellers or marketplaces.
  • Accounts terminated for violation of our Terms of Use.

How to request a refund

To request a refund, contact our support team at the address below with your account email, the reason for your request, and your invoice number. We will acknowledge your request within 2 business days and process eligible refunds within 7–10 business days.

Refund method

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method used at the time of purchase. FITLD does not issue refunds via bank transfer, store credit, or alternative payment methods unless the original method is no longer valid. Processing times vary by payment provider and may take up to 10 business days to appear on your statement.

Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your dashboard under Settings → Billing. Cancellation stops future charges but does not automatically trigger a refund. Your access continues until the end of the current billing period. To request a refund alongside cancellation, follow the process in Section 7.

Disputed charges

If you believe you have been charged in error, contact us before initiating a chargeback with your bank or card provider. We are committed to resolving billing disputes promptly. Chargebacks initiated without prior contact may result in suspension of your account while the dispute is investigated.

Changes to this policy

We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted with a revised "Last updated" date. Material changes will be communicated by email or in-product notice where appropriate. Continued use of a paid plan after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
