About Fitld
Fitld connects body measurements with brand size charts so online shoppers can choose sizes with confidence—and so retailers can reduce returns without replacing their entire stack.
Our mission
Sizing is one of the biggest friction points in apparel e-commerce. We built Fitld to make it easy for shoppers to maintain one accurate profile and for brands to publish structured measurements that power consistent recommendations across web, email, and partner channels.
Who we serve
Shopperscreate a Fitld profile with measurements taken at home (or updated over time). When they browse a store that uses Fitld, they can see a recommended size based on that store's grading—not a generic size chart image.
Brands and retailers use Fitld to manage catalogs, attach size data to SKUs, and call our API or embed our widget. Teams keep a single source of truth for measurements instead of scattered spreadsheets.
How it works (high level)
- Shoppers verify their account and save measurements in centimeters or inches.
- Brands upload products and size charts mapped to the measurements Fitld understands.
- Fitld scores how well each size matches the shopper and returns a recommendation plus a fit-quality signal.
Privacy and trust
Measurements are sensitive. We design flows so brands receive what they need for sizing—not unnecessary personal data. Our Privacy Policy explains what we collect, why we collect it, retention, and your rights. Our Terms of Use describe acceptable use of the platform and APIs.
Fitld is not medical or tailoring advice
Recommendations are algorithmic comparisons between your numbers and published size charts. They do not replace professional fitting, made-to-measure services, or your own judgment about comfort and style.
